It features 5 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, a 7-meter-long private pool, a lush garden and a stunning roof terrace surrounded by a wonderful natural environment. Nestled in AldeaZama a fully urbanized and exclusive neighborhood, between the beach and Tulum town. It’s just a 10-minute drive or a 15-minute bike ride to the beautiful turquoise beaches. The space The bedrooms have large windows overlooking the pool, the garden, dining area, the lounge, and the rooftop, all surrounded by lush vegetation, providing a relaxing experience. The garden, pool, patio, and living area are all connected creating an open space that encourages togetherness and enjoyment. From the terrace lounge or while reclining on the sun loungers, you can enjoy the sunset with a stunning view of the natural surroundings. The pool, measuring 7 meters in length and 1.40 meters in depth, is centrally located in the house. -Rooftop Terrace: Offers lounge chairs, a shower, a living area and a dining area. The daily rate may vary depending on the number of guests in the reservation. The villa is surrounded by an electric fence and is equipped with four security cameras—two at the front and two at the back—focusing on the exterior of the house. Guest access The entire house and its amenities are available only to guests registered in the reservation. Guests are not allowed to open the pool pump room or handle the equipment. For security reasons, only the recommended chef and cleaning staff are allowed access to the house. Other things to note The chef and cleaning services are not included in our daily rate; they come with an additional cost. If you are interested in these services, please request them in advance. A Pack 'n Play travel crib is available upon request; please let us know in advance if you'd like to use it. Tap water in Tulum is not potable; however, we provide a 19-liter jug of drinking water. The pool is not heated, as the weather is pleasant for most of the year. As Tulum is a small and rapidly growing town, occasional electricity or internet outages may occur without prior notice due to weather conditions or maintenance work. I will be available to report these issues, but the restoration of service depends entirely on the provider. However, such occurrences are not often.
