Oak Promenade Peaceful Studio with Private Pool

‘The Studio’ is your peaceful retreat steps away from your own sparkling private pool! You are welcome here! The space Welcome to The Studio! Arrival: Once you’ve entered the main front door, you’ll be in your very own pool oasis! Turn left to access your gorgeous private suite overlooking your own private pool. Inside is a lovely queen size bed with comfortable mattress and quality linens, a queen sized sofa bed, a modern coffee table and thoughtful amenities throughout. A computer workstation and two chairs are conveniently set up for remote work or catching up with family via zoom calls. Fast wifi is provided free of charge. Privacy: The Studio does not share any walls with the main house where we live. *Please note that this rental is not the whole house.* It is a very private guest suite which shares no common walls with our residence. Owner Interaction: We occasionally use the walkway past the studio to walk to our laundry room in the garage which is next to the main front entrance. You may also see us briefly working in the yard or cleaning the pool. If you’d like to say hello, let us know and we’d be happy to greet you and introduce ourselves. Otherwise, you’ll have total privacy. Pool Privacy Considerations: If guests are swimming in the pool area, we do not enter the pool patio for any reason. Guests have full private, unrestricted use of the pool at any time. Inflatable rafts are available upon request. Amenities: A mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle by request, coffee cups, coffee supplies, plates, bowls, cutlery, coffee stirrers, K-cups, sugar, tea, a small iron with ironing board, two luggage racks, fast Wi-Fi, microwave, TV and Amazon Firestick to access Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and YouTube. Dining: Items suitable for light breakfast are provided such as disposable bowls and plates, cutlery, glasses and mugs. The studio is not equipped for cooking since it does not have a stove. Restaurants: There are MANY great restaurants within a short drive that will deliver to our address as well as ‘Whole Foods’ and ‘Amazon Fresh’ grocery delivery which both have great fresh food options as well! Wi-Fi Password: Refer to laminated card on arrival to The Studio. Parking: The left side of the driveway will be available to you for the duration of your stay. Please park in the driveway, as street parking is not allowed in the neighborhood. Quiet Hours: The Studio is in a very quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac that has families who go to sleep early and who also work from home. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, but the pool is available to you anytime. *Please no loud music by the pool at any time of the day.* Pool Safety: The pool does not have a safety gate or security chime. Due to these safety concerns, The Studio may be UNsuitable for children who do not know how to swim. *Please use caution around the pool patio at all times.* Laundry: There are two laundromats within a ten minute drive. Guest access You will have total use of the private Guest Suite, the pool and the pool patio. There is another unit onsite which does not share any walls or the pool. The pool is completely private for our Airbnb guests. Other things to note * You have to be older than 21 years old to book our Studio. Exceptions to this may be made on a case by case basis. * Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on property. * We may evaluate a possible third person staying, for an extra $25/night, but it will have to be discussed before booking. The sofa is a sofa-bed. * Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties, no loud music. * Pool Safety: The pool does not have a safety gate or alarm. Please exercise caution, especially with children. *Just a quick note: if any stains are left on the linens, upholstery, or rugs, we’ll do our best to have them professionally cleaned.
