The Sitka cabin, studio cabin for two

This studio style cabin with a King bed is perfect for a couple! There is a fully furnished kitchen, a bath with a Huge shower and dual flush toilet, and a great new couch, TV, wifi, and a closet in the living room area. Just bring your food and clothes! The space The Sitka Cabin sits among 100 foot tall Sitka Spruce and glacier fed creeks. There is a common yard out front that is shared with the other cabins. The yard has a firepit, horseshoes, charcoal grill and picnic table. Inside the cabin you will find a full kitchen to the left, complete with a brand new, full size refrigerator, gas stove, lots of cabinets, and all the essentials for cooking; dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots and pans, basic spices, etc.... To the right is a bath with a dual flush toilet, cabinets and a beautiful 4 foot wide shower stall, perfect for two! Towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. (there is No bathroom vanity sink due to space) The main room has vaulted ceilings, a gorgeous ceiling fan, brand new memory foam King sized bed, couch, wifi tv, storage, LED lighting throughout, and a hot water on demand system for beautifully hot showers! There is free Wifi and a Wifi TV ready for your Hulu, Amazon, Sling and Roko signins. There is also a USB charging station by the bed to recharge your electronics after a long day of sightseeing. The local area is nestled in the Alaskan woods. The cabin is an easy walking distance to remote wooded trails past 100 foot Spruce trees and streams teaming with Salmon. You can walk up glacier fed creeks, spot moose and bear, and watch eagles soar above. We are located a short 10 minute drive from Seward, where you will find the historic downtown area, lots of shops in the small boat harbor, restaurants, deep sea fishing, whale watching, glacier viewing and much more. * Our listings state that we are Pet Friendly, but that is for one well behaved pet (on approval), unless you've contacted us prior and agreed to more. We generally do not accept more than two pets though. We also charge a one time $75 fee due to the extra cleaning that we need to do to be ready for the next guest that may not be a pet person. $200 charge for undisclosed pets. Pets must be on leash at all times, they can not be left alone, they can not bark or howl or be a nuisance while on the property. There are bags in the cabin for pet waste removal. ** Only 2 people allowed without prior approval. $100 per night fee for undisclosed guests. *** If the dates you need are not available with this cabin, then please look for our "Kodiak", "Denali", ""Attu Island" and "Bristol Bay" cabins as well!! They are located in the same area. Guest access You will have run of the whole cabin, as well as a shared yard with firepit, horseshoes and trails right outside the door! There is a coin-op laundry across the parking area (approx 100'away). You have a reserved parking spot directly beside the cabin. There are approx 3 steps to climb to get in the cabin. Other things to note Unfortunately due to past problems the following additional fees apply: * $50 for each additional person that was not listed on the reservation * $75 Pet fee per reservation. (prior approval only.) $200 fee for undisclosed pets. * $200 fee for smoking inside the cabin * $400 fee for smoking marijuana inside the cabin (smell is harder to remove) * Parking is for One (1) vehicle.
