Near the mouth of Blacksmith Fork Canyon, this beautiful custom 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home is the perfect family getaway with stunning mountain views and only an hour from Bear Lake. We do charge $10 nightly per person after 8. We sleep up to 12. We have cushy couches and 3 queen air mattresses. All bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on the 2nd level with a half bath on the main level. We’ve got a 3 car wide driveway for parking. This home is located in a cul-da-sac in a family neighborhood. The space ✮Yes, you get an entire home all to yourselves. The main floor features a gourmet kitchen with beautiful custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and glass tile. With an open concept you can cook and entertain in the spacious family room located off the kitchen and dining area. There is a classy office just off the front entry where you can set up your personal workspace. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms including a laundry room and media room for streaming movies on the big screen. The master suite features a custom tray ceiling, personal workspace, and gorgeous master bathroom with a walk in closet. There is a large fenced in backyard. ✮The light switches in the home are on a dimmer. If they don't seem bright enough just hold your finger down on the “on” part of the switch. To turn them off simply press the button once. To open the blinds on the sliding glass door simply push the “on” button on the remote towards the black sensor on the left blind and the right blind. Push the button firmly. ✮Since this home is located next to beautiful Blacksmith Fork canyon, there are refreshing nightly canyon winds. They start around 9pm-10pm and settle down around 9am-10am. The hotter the days the stronger the winds. ✮There are streaming services available. We ask that you sign in with your own account information. Wifi password will be listed in the guestbook which will be sent prior to check in. Fun things to do in the neighborhood and the canyon: ➢Blacksmith Fork splash pad and park ➢Pickle ball courts, frisbee golf, state of the art skateboard park currently the biggest in Utah ➢Basketball courts (basketballs upon request) ➢Hyrum Dam which is great for boating and swimming ➢Go up the canyon for hiking, mountain biking, camping, fishing, shooting, 4 wheeling, or a pleasant picnic next to the Blacksmith Fork river. In the wintertime you can drive through the canyon to Hardware Ranch to take a sleigh ride to see the elk. ➢$3 Swimming during open swim hours at the Stang Aquatic center at the high school 2 mins away. Talk to host about open swim hours. ➢Head up Logan canyon for hiking, camping, mountain biking, and skiing at the Beaver Mountain Ski Resort which are all on the way to Bear Lake. We do provide 8 camping chairs in case you need them. Located in the kitchen closet under the stairs. There is so much to see and do in and around Cache Valley. Guest access This home is located in a pleasant little neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Feel free to park on the driveway. You can let yourselves in the front door with a code which will be sent prior to your arrival. Other things to note There is a Ridley's grocery store 5 mins away for easy shopping to prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen as well as a gas station and a few fast food restaurants.
