Please be courteous of our space and our neighbors with the same respect you would show your own! EARLY CHECK-IN - We can try our best but can only guarantee 4:00 PM. If you reach out to us on the day of arrival, we can see what the status of the home is in and once approved by our Inspectors, grant an earlier check-in! PETS - We know how hard it is to travel with furry family members, so we try to be as accommodating as possible - we don't have weight or breed restrictions, but ask that they be house-trained, recently groomed/cleaned, and up to date on their flea and tick medicines. We treat pets like an extra guest and charge a $100/per pet/per stay fee as well as a weight limit of 35lbs. We ask that you crate your pets when away, keep them leashed in the common areas, and pick up after them.  SECURITY - Our listings are outfitted with "Nest" cameras that overlook the listing's exterior only. There may also be "Noiseaware" or "Minut" sound level measuring devices in select properties that will automatically alert management in the event of loud music after quiet hours. Neither of these devices allow us to see, hear, or record anything inside of our listings. It is important to note that your privacy is extremely important to us and that you ARE NOT being actively monitored. IDENTIFICATION - Reservations may require further guest verification to prevent credit card fraud for both you and the host! Your  booking platform does not share your personal information with your Host. Because of this, we do require the responsible party who is physically staying in the home to provide a valid photo ID after booking is confirmed. Your personal identification is not stored and is protected from distribution or use for any other purpose than identification, in accordance with Federal information security guidelines.  VIDEO/PHOTO PERMITS - Video and Photo Permits available upon request with a fee and some basic ground rules. Ask your Host! ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES If you’re coming to Tampa to party, you’ve picked a great city to do so! Though we’re sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will, unfortunately, result in you being asked to leave. We've created this listing to bring people together, we want you to enjoy our space for the entire length of your visit. Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy (although you are welcome to smoke in designated outdoor areas. Please be courteous and dispose of cigarette waste accordingly and not in the yard or plants. Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and check-out is no later than 10 AM. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? That can sometimes be arranged if our schedule permits it, but please check with us first as fees may apply. Place all trash in the designated trash receptacles only. Please limit sound level between the hours of 10 PM and 8AM. A gentle reminder will be given for a first offense. You may be asked to leave without refund of any kind for the second. The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanitary napkins in the trash bin we've provided in the bathroom. Please do not flush anything other than your waste and the toilet paper that we've provided. A $250 minimum charge will be applied for any emergency plumbing service call. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)  We understand that accidents happen; but we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too. We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. We’re reasonable folks and will accommodate whenever possible. What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of our rules. Always lock all doors and windows before you leave as you will be held responsible for any missing items. You must also acknowledge pet(s) or guests that own pets have stayed on property; therefor pet hair or dander may still be present even after cleanings. While we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put any dishes or kitchenware used into the dishwasher or sink, place any dirty towels in the tub, and take all trash to the provided receptacles. This helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests. GENERAL RULES Smoking and Parties: No parties/events. Noise level must stay below 80 decibels during all hours guests are automatically notified of violations by text. Indoor smoking and use of fireworks anywhere are prohibited. Designated smoking area is outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. Pets: House-trained, groomed pets are welcome(weight limit of 35lbs). Notify us about any pets during your reservation. Unattended service animals and ESA pets will incur a pet fee. Any necessary post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional fees. By booking, you acknowledge pet(s) or service animals have stayed on the property - Many of our rentals are pet friendly but not all; therefore, pet dander may still be present even after the most thorough of cleanings. Security and Maintenance: Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors are installed for your safety and are not actively monitored. Routine maintenance and valet trash service are part of the stay. Ensure appropriate trash sorting and lock all windows and doors when leaving the property. If you find the any issues or missing amenities allow at least 24 hours for our team to resolve the issue. SPECIFIC HOUSE RULES 1. Check-In/Out: Early check-in/late check-out are not guaranteed. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. 2. Smoking: Smoking violations/ presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. 3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 8 PM-8 AM. Refrain from loud music between 8 PM-8 AM. 4. Property Care: Please avoid using the dishwasher or washing machine while not present. Dispose of sanitary products in provided bins only. Plumbing issues caused by misuse may have a fee. The indoor fireplace should not be used at anytime. 5. Guests: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. For additional guests, notify us in advance. 6. Illegal Activities: Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. 7. Security Devices: Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from home without refund. EXTRA SERVICES AND FEES 1. Pets: A fee of $60 per pet per stay, or $100 per month, per pet for stays exceeding 28 days, is applicable. This does not include additional cleanings or Damage. 2. Professional Shoots: Permits for professional video or photo shoots can be requested for a fee. Contact us for more information. 3. AC System: Please maintain the home temperature between 68-80 degrees. Misuse, including setting the AC unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees. ★ Violation of any of the house rules may result in removal from the home without a refund. This charming borough is in the urban core of Tampa and may not appeal to guests looking for a more suburban environment. Please do your research on this neighborhood before booking. This neighborhood does not appeal to those looking for a gated community type of environment.
