In the southern point of the bay, Casa Marivent has the best view of the Pacific Ocean. With an open space architectural style it holds five bungalows surrounded by lush gardens, a terrace, palapa living room, infinity pool, dining room and bar. This villa was designed by Diego Villaseñor and built in the golden 90s. The house comes with working staff, cooking and cleaning are included in the reservation cost (groceries and food run at your expense). The space Five independent bungalows, each of them with two single beds and one king size, this place can hold comfortably 18 people. A huge terrace, palapa living room, infinity pool, dining room, kitchen, and bar. The house was built at the edge of a cliff right next to the sea, so you will be able to listen to it right before you go to sleep. This villa is perfect for big families, lots of friends, small weddings, events, honeymoons. The house has two different WIFI reliable networks with full speed. Guest access Each bungalow has a full bathroom and walk-in closet, one king size bed and two single beds. The entrance to the house is shared with Casa Lluna, a two bedroom house located in the same compound, both houses are private and interaction between guests is not accesible. We kindly ask you to please remain in Casa Marivent, the other house is restricted. Beach access is not recommended for elders and children should always be accompanied with an adult. The road is a steep hill but very short. Take your trainers and you’ll be much comfortable! Other things to note The working hours for the cook & the cleaning staff are from 9AM to 5PM, this is already included in the full price per night. If you would like them to stay longer please note that you will be responsible for extra charges.
