The Villa at Cedar Brae is a four-bed, three-bath home located just a 5-minute walk from local restaurants, and just a 10-minute scooter ride from Horseshoe Bay. This is a place for groups and families to rest and relax. Our hope is that you appreciate every part of your stay; from enjoying a cup of coffee on the breakfast patio, soaking in the sun by the pool, or enjoying a nice meal on the dining balcony under a starry night sky. Centrally located in Southampton, with all the local amenities available to you, The Villa is ready to be your home away from home. The Villa has a flat screen TV in the living room, cable TV and the most powerful Wifi the island will provide available all throughout the home! Air conditioning in every room will be sure to keep you cool, no matter the weather outside! The Villa is ready for every rental need - short-term or long-term! So the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. You even have your own washer and dryer. Bed linens, beach towels and bath towels are provided. You have your own private breakfast patio with table and chairs, front balcony with dining table and - best of all - a gorgeous non-heated saltwater dipping pool with comfy sun loungers! The grocery store is a 5-minute scooter ride away and is open till 10PM on most evenings. (Not on Sunday though! Only until 7PM on Sundays!) There is even a late night take-out restaurant on the corner - not even a 3-minute walk away. Guest access The Villa is complete with fresh linens (including beach towels because that's a must-have here in Bermuda), a well-equipped kitchen, onsite washer and dryer. We've done our best to make sure you have all the comforts of home. You'll be able to get basic necessities from the grocery store upon arrival (just a 5-minute drive away)! Other things to note The cost of power is almost 50 cents per kWh in Bermuda, and our water source is the rain. (That's right! We're an eco-friendly island!) With this in mind, we ask guests to consider conserving energy and water whenever possible. The Villa shares the property with two separate apartment units: one is the sister rental, The Bungalow at Cedar Brae and one where a local host lives and is available to you only in the event of an emergency. The Villa has its own entirely private property, private pool and private yards.
