Please inquire for pricing and availability.* Located on the second floor of an Historic Apartment Building, Forsyth Oasis boasts with natural light, original hardwood flooring, and elevated decor. This one bedroom apartment is in one of the most desirable locations downtown - Forsyth Park, Savannah's largest green space! After entering through one of the buildings two secure access points, you'll step foot directly into the heart of the home, where you can find the spacious and airy living space.The living room features large windows, ample amount of comfortable seating, and a large smart television mounted in the center of the room. Adjacent, guests can find the "formal" dining space, with seating for four, that can additionally be served as a dedicated work space. Just beyond the dividing wall, the quaint but fully stocked kitchen can be found! There is plenty of space to prepare home cooked meals, and guests will be able to take advantage of all the modern conveniences offered. At the opposite end of the apartment, guests will find the bedroom tucked away, overlooking Forsyth Park with a dreamy balcony. The bedroom is fitted with a memory foam Queen Size bed, smart television, and blackout curtains to ensure a great nights rest. Across the hall, you'll find a a full bathroom that is equipped with a tub/shower combination. Lastly, a washer and dryer can be found in the common space of the apartment building downstairs! Outside of your front door, you can take advantage of being just steps from the Fountain at Forsyth Park, the Farmers Market that takes place over the weekends, and many other attractions. Forsyth Oasis is located between the Downtown Bustling City District, and the growing Starland District - only minutes from amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and so much more! What is parking like for this home? Guests are given one designated private parking space, while additional parking can be found on-street, non-metered. Sleeping Configuration: Bedroom: Queen Size Bed Living Room: Futon Sleeper Sofa We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $250 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. Other things to note AGE RESTRICTION: All renters must be over the age of 25, unless it is a child accompanied by a parent. If a guest is found to have falsified their reservation in any way we reserve the right to evict the guest, cancel their reservation and retain ALL DEPOSITS PAID TO THAT POINT.
