Villa Encanto del Lago ✨🌊 Located in front of a public beach and just 30 meters from the majestic Lake Atitlán, inside a private residential complex, this countryside-style villa is the perfect place to relax with family, friends, or as a couple. Only 10 minutes by car or tuk-tuk from the center of Panajachel, you’ll enjoy a spacious garden, bright and airy spaces, and the peace that only nature can provide. The space 🏡 Villa Encanto del Lago features 2 levels: First Level: • Spacious and bright living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with elegant cypress wood finishes. • 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, with a convenient wash area outside the bathroom. • The living room has large windows overlooking the garden, bringing in plenty of natural light. • The kitchen is modern and functional, with wooden cabinets and hot water in the sink. Second Level: • Spacious master bedroom with a King-size bed, private bathroom, and a terrace to enjoy the sun. • The villa includes an intercom system for easy communication between this room and the other levels. Exterior: • A rustic-style pergola invites you to relax, read, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings. Amenities: • The villa offers free high-speed fiber optic WiFi (100 Mbps). 👤 Additional Guests • It is important to enter the correct number of guests when booking. • Any additional guest at check-in will be charged US$28.00 or GTQ224.00 per night. Guest access 🚤 Guest Access At Villa Encanto del Lago, you can enjoy complimentary kayaks available upon your arrival. Simply request them at Reception. Kayak use is available from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., always subject to lake weather conditions at the time. The public beach is located right in front of the property, and Lake Atitlán is only 30 meters away, separated by a small road. 📍 Just a 10-minute drive or tuk-tuk ride will take you to the town of Panajachel, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, handicraft shops, and colorful local markets. 🛶 If you wish, you can also hire a private boat directly in front of the villa to tour the lake and visit its charming villages. 🤝 Upon your arrival, our reception staff will be happy to recommend activities and special places to explore. Other things to note ℹ️ Important Information • The rate varies according to the number of guests. Please make sure to indicate the exact number of guests at the time of booking. • Children over 2 years old are considered additional guests and pay the same as adults. 🏞️ Location Villa Encanto del Lago is located right in front of Lake Atitlán and the public beach, separated only by a small road. On certain weekdays and during holidays, music or some noise may be heard from the beach. 🐾 Pets • Only one small pet is allowed per reservation. • Fee: US$25.00 or GTQ200.00 per night. • Medium and large pets are not accepted. • A photo of the pet must be sent prior to arrival for the host’s approval. • Once approved, the fee must be paid in cash at reception during check-in, along with signing a responsibility form. 🧹 Cleaning & Hygiene • All areas of the villa are carefully cleaned and disinfected after each stay, ensuring the safety of our guests and staff. 🔒 Security • The property is equipped with a security camera system covering all common areas (parking lot, gardens, entrances, etc.). 🕒 CHECK-IN The regular check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A special check-in is available from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight), with an additional fee of US$25.00 or GTQ200.00 for arrivals after 9:00 PM.
