Casa Amistad is in the finest gated community! The villa climbs up a mountainside and features natural rock walls in all of the three separate units. 10 minute walk to town, 15 to the beach. Perfect spot for a large gathering! Two private pools and secluded, shaded patios when you want peace and quiet! The entire villa features two pools, seven bedrooms, six and a half baths, three living rooms, three fully equipped kitchens, three large decks with barbecues, and a fire pit. The villa is made up of three separate units, each with its own private entrance. It is the perfect space for a large group that wants to gather, but also wants privacy. The villa is five levels, with outdoor stairway access to all units. You are able to access the entire villa, except for the garage. Our property manager is available by phone in case you need any assistance during your stay. Let us know if you would like help in setting up excursions, such as a day of deep sea fishing. We can also help with arranging transportation, chef services and grocery delivery. Pedregal is a gated community of single family homes on the hillsides above the town of Cabo San Lucas, overlooking the Sea of Cortez on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other side. It features quaint cobble stone streets. The villa is a short, easy 10-minute walk to town or 15-minute walk to the beach. Water taxis are also available at the nearby harbor to take you to the main tourist beach -- Medano. Security guards at Pedregal can help set up taxi service, but almost everything -- beaches, night life restaurants, shops -- are walking distance from the house. Uber is available but has not proved reliable in locating the house. If you want to use Uber, we suggest going into town to locate a ride. Cabo San Lucas is a safe town and Pedregal is a gated community. However, if you desire a 12-hour night time doorman at the property, cost is approximately $90 per day (prices subject to change). 12-hour doorman service is included in pricing for Dec. 31 and March 1- March 31. Guest staying a week or more will be charged for one mid-week cleaning each week. Guests staying a month will be charged an additional $500 utility fee. Baby crib is available at the house.
