The space BRISA DEL MAR is a Balinese style palm thatched cottage on a waterfront bluff overlooking the beautiful turquoise Caribbean sea that sleeps 4 in two master suites. $2400 per week. Price includes the use of a vehicle. You will enjoy a trully unique vacation when you stay at Brisa de Mar. Each master suite has a large veranda so there is tons of deck space for relaxing or sunning.The villa offers stunning views and loads of privacysince it is situated on a 4-acre estate amidst tropical gardens pools and lawns. A unique feature of the house is the entire wall facing the Caribbean consists of fold-away fully louvered doors to take advantage of the near constant ocean breezes eliminating the need for air conditioning. Living Area The open plan living area has a sofa, lounge chairs, entertaiment center dining table and breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including double-door refrigerator/freezer, gas range with oven, dishwasher and all the utensils you cold want. The kitchen also has a toaster, blender, and water cooler. There are ceiling fans throughout the villa and also floor fans in each suite. Bedrooms There are two identical master suites, each with private bathrooms and large dressing areas. Each master bath offers concrete countertops and a large walk-in stone shower with seat. The master suites includes a bamboo 4 poster bed with mosquito netting. Ceiling fans and floor fans are provided. Each bedroom’s covered verandah has two wooden plantation chairs and a hammock. Portable air-con units are available if needed Staff For your security and assistance, there is a live-in caretaker on the grounds as well as two overnight security guards. Maid and personal laundry service is provided three times a week. Other staff available on call are a chauffeur, chef, boat captain, and masseuse Features There is an infinity edged pool overlooking the water with two sun decks; each with two loungers and cushions. A stainless steel barbecue is provided for guest use. Brisa del Mar comes equipped with satellite television and DVD player and music system with iPod connection. Internet connection is available if you choose – bring your own wi-fi enabled laptop. Generator: A 40 KW generator is on-site but well away from the villa for use during power outages. The house shares a dock and four kayaks with Fuego del Mar. stairs lead down to the dock from which you can swim, snorkle, launch kayaks or climb aboard our boat for a fun filled day on the water. Guest access INCLUDED, at no additional charge with any of the villas are all utilities, kayaks, snorkel gear, ice, drinking water, maid service three times per week, lock boxes, internet, DVD collection, Ipod hook ups, reading library, music CDs, insect repellent, 24 hour security, on site staff for your assistance and of course airport pick up and return. Common areas that are shared by the three villas is the Palapa Pizza area. An authentic wood burning pizza oven with tables and seating under the thatched palapas.
