Conch Club is a short walk up or down the down the beach to two restaurants and bars and a short bike ride to Blossom Village. Conch Club has a lovely beach, two pools, hot tub, a dock and spectacular views to the reef, Owen Island and perfect sunsets. Our newly refurbished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom end town house has new furniture throughout and will sleep 9 people and is fully equipped and even has pool table, two Kayaks a stand up / sitdown paddle board, four old bikes and a gas BBQ. The space All beds are new have new sheets, bed linen, duvets and towels. The kitchen has a bar counter with seating for 4 and is fully fitted with all modern appliances and is equipped with new plates, pots and pans, blender, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, rice cooker and new kitchen utensils. The dinning area table seats 8 with a pull out leaf to seat an extra 2 people. The townhouse has a 48”TV with Netflix access wireless internet, bluetooth speakers and a fold away pool table to keep the kids entertained on rainy days. Both the patio and balcony off the master bedroom are fully furnished with patio furniture, so you can sit out on either and admire the amazing views and feel the onshore breeze. There are two Kayaks a stand up / sit down paddle board, four old bikes to potter about on and a gas BBQ.
