This ADORABLE downtown Kerrville home has everything you need for a fun, relaxing getaway! Enjoy lounging in the Hot Tub at this 3 bedroom, newly-renovated vacation home. Sip tea or enjoy a drink from the bar while unwinding in the beautiful backyard by the firepit. You can grill or take a bike ride to the river trail. We have backyard games like Cornhole and giant checkers. Minutes from the river trail, restaurants, wineries, shopping, cafes, in downtown Kerrville...6 Comfy beds! The space Outdoor: Grill, dining table, games, bikes, loungers, HOT TUB and fire pit...what more could you ask for? Indoor: Roku smart tv, board games, and for serious coffee lovers: Keurig/drip/pour over/AND French press at our coffee bar, fully equipped kitchen w/spices too! Fully stocked bar, COMFY beds, filtered water in fridge, free parking in front of home, (bunk-room room has a hidden secret forest closet), laundry room .......and did I mention the HOT TUB? Rigorous cleaning standards!!! (Hot tub maintenance comes every Monday morning before noon. Sprinklers come on at 4:30am. ) Guest access Entry code access. Free parking in front of the home. THERE IS NO ROOM FOR A TRAILER. Other things to note Sorry no animals. Host has extreme allergies. *Owner has severe pet allergies so please do not ask for any exceptions on the no animal rule* No Smokers please. There is a 1- bedroom guest house behind the property that may be occupied during your visit. It is separated by a fence and has its own back yard. If you would like more room for your group, please contact me for details. *Absolutely NO SMOKING! (If there is any smell of smoke after a guest....we will charge a MINIMUM of $500 to the guest )
