Spacious convenient home in Talkeetna *SAUNA*

Nestled in the trees of a quiet neighborhood, this spacious home is only 3 miles from town and less than a mile from the community path leading to majestic views of Mt. Denali! This warm home is conveniently accessible to all Talkeetna has to offer. This 3bedroom/2.5 bath home is perfect for small or large families/groups. Cozy up to the fireplace after a full day sightseeing, take in the surrounding nature on the wrap-around covered porch, or cook dinner together with family and friends. The space ** Infrared 2-Person Indoor Sauna in Master Bedroom with Bluetooth speakers and color lights! PLEASE NOTE: HOUSE HAS STAIRS ENTERING THE HOUSE AND GOING FROM THE FIRST FLOOR TO THE SECOND FLOOR. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOUSE. PLEASE ONLY SMOKE OUTSIDE AND DISPOSE OF ANY CIGARETTE BUTTS. The open downstairs has wood floors and a bar top separating the dining area from the living room. Go out to eat or stay in and cook with the fully stocked kitchen. Amenities include drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, waffle maker, gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, double basin sink. The dining area has a large extendable table for large group seating with 7 chairs. There is also a small work station/breakfast bar with two stools just off the kitchen. The half bath is conveniently located downstairs. In the living room, there is a 43” flat screen TV with surround sound, Blu Ray player with numerous movies and internet access. Relax in the recliner, sleeper chair, or couch in the adjacent living room and enjoy a warming fire in the fireplace. The couch folds out into a queen bed for additional sleeping space. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms with carpet throughout. The master bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam topper, infrared sauna, and its own separate bathroom with sliding glass door to enter the shower/tub. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and includes a twin trundle for extra sleeping area. The third bedroom has a twin bed and full-size bed with twin trundle underneath. All bedrooms have closets and two of the rooms have large dressers for storage. The separate upstairs full bathroom also houses a washer and dryer for guest use. The covered wrap around deck has a large table with chairs with seating for 6 if you want to sit outside and relax while staying out of the rain or summer heat. The house is fully stocked with towels and linens, along with the fun stuff like cards, board games and puzzles. There is also an enjoyable outdoor fire pit for use when the fire danger is low. *Guests need to bring their own firewood for any outdoor burning. A limited amount of wood is supplied for the indoor wood stove only. Additional wood may be purchased separately. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy. The separate garage and storage shed are not permissible for guest use. Plenty of private parking is available. RV and trailer parking is an additional charge and requires prior approval. We keep one closet locked inside the house for our housekeeping needs. Other things to note • Please respect the area and the neighborhood. • There is a wood stove inside for guest use if you have experience with them. A limited amount of wood is supplied for indoor use only. Otherwise the Toyo heater is the primary heat source. • This is a non-smoking house. If you wish to smoke, please take it outside on the covered deck. • There is no dishwasher installed at this time. You will have to hand-wash any dishes you use.
