Pelican Rise is surrounded by a mature tropical garden and has a private driveway with remote controlled main gates. The villa offers plenty of comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a fully-equipped and well-proportioned kitchen, and a small utility space with clothes washer and dryer. There are impressive veranda areas that wrap around three sides of the villa and offer plenty of room for dining and relaxing. The sundeck and swimming pool area are ideally placed for you to enjoy exceptional sunsets whilst enjoying a traditional sun-downer. Pelican Rise is considered unsuitable for children under 7 years of age, or those with dislikes or allergies to geckos or cats. Please note that Pelican Rise is approached from the driveway via steps (two down, one up) and that wheelchair users and those with mobility issues may have difficulty navigating these. Guests are respectfully asked not to use P20 sunscreen or its equivalent, as it leaves permanent stains on bedding, towels and furniture. P20 stains are very distinctive and guests will be charged for replacing anything damaged by it.
