SeeSea Waterfront Villa

SeeSea Waterfront Villa is an unique, recently renovated, beachfront townhouse located in Montego Bay's most prestigious gated community Lagoons. This exquisite villa offers it's own sandy beach overseeing Montego Bay. Spacious patio coupled with tropical garden creates private relaxing atmosphere. Large public swimming pool is right outside of the house. In addition, guests have access to kids playground, 3 more pools, tennis courts, 24 hour security. The space SeeSea Villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are upstairs and one bedroom is downstairs. BEDROOMS Master - One King Bed (private balcony with patio furniture overseeing ocean and Montego Bay) Bedroom 2 - Two Twin Beds (ideal for kids with pool view) Bedroom 3 - One King Bed (pool view) Bedroom 4 - One King Bed (ocean view) All bedrooms and living room have AC and fans. Living room has cable TV and master bedroom has Smart TV. Wi-Fi is throughout the house. Our kitchen is fully equipped featuring stainless steel new appliances, gas stove and granite counter top. Our living room has its own pool table and a little library. Our dining table seats 8 and is conveniently located next to a bar outside on the veranda. Also we have a small electric grill that can be used by our guests. Our laundry room has a washer and dryer that is available for our guests' use. We are waterfront but it's not allowed to swim there. The nearest beach is 10 mins walk from the Lagoons gate (formerly Hard Rock Café beach). The beach has entrance fee. Secrets Spa is 10 mins walk. The pool outside of our villa is public but most of the time is vacant. Guest access We realize that all guests are different and seek various type of experiences, therefore our base price that you see at the time of booking offers accommodation only. We offer transportation services at additional cost. Other things to note Please note this villa comfortably sleeps 8 people (take a look at rooms and beds sizes). We don't have a chef, and chefs are not allowed on the property. The pools are closed at 8:00 pm. Our gardener cleans up the area around the house on daily basis except weekends and holidays. The beach in front of our house has clean water and it is not swimmable because it is a fishing nursery. The pool is public but right in front of our entrance door and its vacant for most of the times. TV: 1st floor - cable TV; 2d floor - Smart TV. To use paid subscriptions like Netflix, Prime etc., please log in to your personal accounts. Power, internet and water disruptions are not rare in Jamaica. We don't have internet backup, backup water tank and backup generator. For water disruption cases we keep bottles of water under the sinks - this water is not for drinking. While we are trying to accommodate all our guests, we don't accept alterations requests less than one week before your arrival or during your stay.
