Other things to note The consumption of electricity is not included in the rental price ands has to be paid separately . The consumption is based on meter reading upon check in & check out date. E.g: An average consumption with AC will cost +/-15us$/day. Without AC +/- 5us$/day A deposit of 15us$/day ( depending on your stay) has to be paid cash upon ‘Check- in Date’. If the TENANT doesn’t consume more than 15us$/day, the TENANT will get a refund in cash for any unconsumed usage of electricity. If the TENANT consumes more, it has to be paid extra.
