Terrasol is a small community of owners and renters. There are no timeshares at this location, creating an environment that promotes a local community feel. Located inside of a gated community, you are able to get away from the commotion of downtown Cabo during the day and with a short walk (or taxi) to experience everything Cabo San Lucas has to offer. Terrasol is a diamond in the rough as you are one of the closest resorts to the action without all of the commotion. The space Terrasol #257 has had many upgrades over the previous years. The new paint has revitalized the unit and added an overwhelming southwestern feel. There are not many things left in this unit that have not been upgraded. Although there are many modern aspects to this unit, I try to bring the vibrant colors and art which is seen all over town and up the Baja. Guest access The guests are allowed to access everything that is open to them. Other things to note This property is NO LONGER a pay once through the website and travel. I regret to inform future guests, due to a recent HOA announcement, the nightly resort fees must be paid to the front desk and are no longer covered in the payment towards this listing. I have adjusted the prices on the base rate to accommodate this change. Terrasol 257 offers exceptional discounts the longer you stay. Unlike most resorts (including Terrasol) that only do a nightly rate, Terrasol's rates decrease with the longevity of your stay, as do the nightly rates paid to the resort for stays over 30-days. All properties in Terrasol (and around Cabo) require additional nightly fees for staying on the grounds. When you pay for Terrasol #257, you will also owe a nightly resort fee paid to the front desk upon check-in. This fee is currently set at $17usd/night and decreases for 30-day and 90-day stays.
