Seahorse Villa: oceanfront luxury rental

Seahorse Villa: luxury beach house with 75’ infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean. Every room, terrace, and balcony overlooks the ocean, each room has a private entrance.  Rates may vary during holidays. An extra 7% room tax is required. For insurance purposes, people that are not staying at the villa are not allowed so events, parties, gatherings or visits are not permitted. Minimum age for renter is 35 years. The space Culebra is located between Puerto Rico's northeastern coast and St. Thomas USVI. There are flights available from Isla Grande Airport; Ceiba Airport or Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport. Also, you can access the island via ferry from Fajardo, PR This furnished oceanfront house is located on 1 acre property that extends down to the protected natural reserve beach of Punta Melones which is one of the best beaches for snorkeling in Culebra island. You can experience spectacular sunsets from the 75' infinity pool which overlooks Vieques island, Cayo Luis Peña, the mountains of Puerto Rico and the entrance to the island. It has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, laundry, AC in all rooms and living areas, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large pantry and big balconies and terraces. There is an independent bedroom for baby sitter/maid with a full size bed, tv, microwave, A/C and an independent bathroom (NOT included in price). We require 3 nights minimum stay. During certain holidays, for example, New Years Holiday (December 30-January 2) we have a premium rate, ask owner. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. All rooms are oriented towards the ocean; is walking distance to the beach and very close to town, ferry, airport and restaurants. Guest access It is a 2 level home: Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 wine coolers, large pantry with double oven, 1 full bathroom, dinning room that seats 10 people, living room with SAT/Dish and DVD player, Bose speakers and a big balcony with 2 tables, a bar table, a large sofa and a gas barbecue. Downstairs are 4 bedrooms. A master suite with a king size bed and TV, a private bathroom and a chaise lounge. The second bedroom with 2 bunk beds (both with full size beds and single beds on top, sleeps 6), a TV and a private bathroom. The third bedroom or Studio has a queen size bed, a private bathroom, 2 sofas, TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The other master bedroom has a king size bed, mini fridge, microwave, a private bathroom, A/C and TV. The laundry facilities are on the first level; also, an outside half bathroom and a shower to rinse the sand off.
