This oceanfront villa was built to take full advantage of the sea and sky. The stunning Infiniti pool and extensive patio offers the perfect spot to relax under the tropical sun of the Turks & Caicos. Among the colorful foliage, and in some cases rugged rocks, guests will find secret spots here and there to relax, and a hammock beckoning the wanderer to ‘set a spell and listen to the sounds of nature’ – the birds, Trade Wind breezes in the palms, and the tireless splash, gurgle, The space and chuckle of the ocean. With finishes of local limestone and dark woods, Ponte del Sogno offers high-quality craftsmanship throughout, combined with every convenience of modern living. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and opens through double doors to the pool area. The house features an infinity pool with lots of outside seating areas, many are private seating areas scattered throughout the property, including pairs of sun loungers stationed at outlook points along each of the two paved walkways weaving their way down to the water’s edge. The mainhouse has the master bedroom while the three other bedrooms are located in the adjacent building just several feet away. In this setting, ‘Happy Hour’ is an intrinsic part of every day, where every individual in these oceanfront villas turns to the west to witness the awesome evening ritual of the sun blazing its way over the horizon. Pool Information: The depth of the pool is from 4ft to 5ft. The dimensions of the pool are 23.5ft x 17.8ft. There is no lifeguard on duty. Other Things to Note -Air conditioning is metered separately and $150 of usage is complimentary with weekly rentals. Any power overages are charged at the current market rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax. -Complimentary midweek housekeeping service included for weekly stays. -Guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to check in. Guest access When renting the 4 bedroom configurations, guests will only have access to the main house and pool house . The 5th bedroom of the guesthouse will not be accessible. But please note, this is not rented separately to another group. We only rent the property in 4 or 5 bedroom configurations.
