Please note that all the mattresses are recently purchased and you will have private access to our boardwalk, a rowboat, and 4 kayaks. On the first floor, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The living room has a new leather seven-foot sofa and two oversized leather chairs. There’s a large ceiling fan to keep air moving through the house. There is a first-floor private bedroom with a queen bed and new memory foam mattress, a luxurious down comforter, linens, and a ceiling fan. The private bathroom hosts a shower, a concrete counter, and a copper sink. Down the hall is an additional half bath with a washer and dryer. The hand-milled birch staircase leads to the second-floor loft gathering space with an Apple TV, HD screen, and a comfortable foam sofa bed. There’s a private master bedroom with a new Casper king bed, luxurious down comforter, linens, and a ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom has a six-foot oversized Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, concrete counter, and a double copper sink. The Rusty Salmon Sunshine Lakehouse is the perfect weekend getaway or an excellent extended stay for friends, families, and small groups. The entire house, deck, and yard. The garage and basement are not accessible. There is always someone to help you with your questions 24 hours a day. We also can recommendations during your stay. The Denali tasting room is just 1.5 miles away and the town grocery store is 3.5 miles away. We keep two bicycles at the house for your use. A car is necessary, we are not a good fit for guests that are traveling on the train. While we can’t promise what’s in the fridge and freezer, you are welcomed to it including salmon, halibut and moose. There is always coffee, tea and half & half.
