Inside the villa, guests are welcome to use the spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and all four bedrooms—including the private guest casita located above the parking area. The rooftop is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying a sunset cocktail with panoramic views of the Caribbean. The garden offers a peaceful space to unwind, connect with nature, or enjoy quiet mornings in the shade. The only restricted area is a small locked storage room used for maintenance supplies. Casa Luna is oceanfront and the breeze is beautiful, but please note that seaweed (sargassum) can occasionally wash ashore depending on the season. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, but due to the remote nature of the area, the signal may not be as fast as in urban locations. However It works well and we have two options. The guest casita above the parking area has its own private entrance and is included in your rental. Akumal is a peaceful and quiet beach town, so we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 p.m., out of respect for our neighbors. Drinking water is provided, and we recommend using it for cooking and brushing teeth as well.
