There is a key fob for access to the pool. Please be careful to not lose the key fob and place it in the bowl at the entry way before you leave. Key Fob replacement costs $25. You will have full access to our luxury three-bedroom condo, outdoor beach storage closet, elevator, private balcony off the living area and master bedroom along with a private rooftop balcony. You can also take the ferry (with your car) over to Southport, NC. The best way to get around is walking. Everything is nearby. You don’t need to rent a car if you don’t want to. Just an Uber to and from the airport is all you need. You can also rent bicycles 1 block from the condo. A fun way to explore the town. We love our condo so much that we frequently stay there. You will find a locked owners closet in the unit along with a few owners signs on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinets. Please don't use owner's items during your stay. There is plenty of space to put any items that you may bring and we hope that you love our condo as much as we do. Also we leave condiments in our fridge for guests who want to use them. Please NOTE we don't provide toilet paper. It is listed under the essentials list We do encourage our cleaning crew to leave out one roll in each bathroom for our guests as a starter pack. Bed linens and shower towels, hand towels, face cloths and 4 beach towels are provided.
