Everything is new. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms have walk in closets. There is a privacy fenced backyard and a grill outside as well as patio furniture for you to relax on. Please remember that you are staying in a home, not a hotel, and treat it as you would your own. If any issues do arise, we will try our best to resolve ASAP, however please do realize that no one is living on-site 24/7. Other things to note During your stay, you may see maintenance on the property mowing the lawn or clearing leaves and/or gutters or other exterior maintenance, depending on the time of the year. We have a Nest thermostat that can be controlled remotely, please do not set cooling below 68 degrees or the unit can freeze up for up to 24 hours.
