The lanai & terrace overlook the backyard between the Home & the detached Villa. Parking: The driveway and backyard belong to the rear Villa and are not available for Guest use without special permission. Please do not block vehicles in the private driveway. Free street parking is available all around the home. No Pets: The owner of the rear Villa has a dog, "Churchhill" - you may see/hear him in the yard, but he is never inside the front home. Churchill has dibs. We love pets; however, we cannot allow them at this property. We have several other amazing pet-friendly homes, feel free to check them out or send us an email/inquiry if you have a special situation you'd like us to consider. Accessibility: A few steps are required to access the front porch and side terrace. The primary bedroom and its en-suite bathroom are conveniently located on the main floor. However, stairs are required to access the additional bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. The home is not fully barrier-free. Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras are located at the home's entry points. Urban Environment: 12South is a bustling urban neighborhood. As such, the potential for noise from local businesses, people, and vehicle traffic is possible. Cancellations & Agreement: We adhere to the cancellation policy at booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. A separate rental agreement requiring an e-signature is necessary to finalize your booking, view agreement in the House Rules section of the listing. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire front home and its dedicated amenities. This includes the welcoming front porch, the wisteria-covered lanai, and the side terrace with its firepit. Entry is contactless via a secure lock code. Please note that there are two separate private residences on this property. The driveway and backyard are for the exclusive use of the rear Villa and are not available to guests of this home. A small supply closet inside the home is kept locked for staff use. We offer a seamless and private experience with self check-in and contactless entry. We have the early 2000s revitalization efforts of local folks, like this home's owner, to thank for that. This home was restored to its 19th-century beauty, through the preservation of its historic materials and features.
