Historic sites like Signal Hill and Cape Spear light house and Fort Amherst are just a short drive away. Just down the hill is the beginning of the expansive East Coast trail for the hikers out there. The location is minutes away from both the center city and the highway to parts unexplored. Close to the St. Claire's Hospital, gas station, and a 24 hour grocery. We prefer no children. The space Carport off-street parking.
