You have the whole house and oceanfront to yourself. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note We have a strict no-smoking policy—no cigarettes, marijuana, or cigars inside the property. Violating this policy will result in removal from the property, no refund, and a negative review posted. An extra guest charge of $47 is applied for each person over 2 guests. The guest numbers must include every person in your group. To clarify, a baby is a person, a toddler is a person, and a child is a person, REMINDER: I have a strict cancellation policy in place. Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least seven days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations are made within seven days of check-in. THIS reminder is not for you. It's for the "other guest" - I have ZERO tolerance of unregistered guests on my property - Arriving with or having unregistered guest/s for the day etc., will result in unnecessary awkwardness, not a trip to remember, extra fees, or more likely, immediate cancellation of booking with zero refund. (I live across the road, and trying to sneak people in doesn't work well - be honest) Internet access is $10 per day, paid for upfront. Also, there is no TV on purpose. For liability reasons, I record the entire property inside and out before your check-in. The video is time-stamped, protecting both guest and owner in case of possible damages.
