Just a 10 minute drive to the world famous North Shore beaches and less than 15 minutes from the shops and restaurants of Coral Bay or the ferry dock at Cruz Bay, the cottage can be reached by way of the paved and level Bordeaux Mt. Road which winds through the lush and fragrant bay rum forest. For those who wish to enjoy St. John on foot, the Bordeaux Mt. trailhead in the Virgin Island National Park is only a short hike away leading to beautiful Lameshur Bay on the south side of the island as well as other trails in the park. Sea Cottage is a free standing cottage/studio – an open floor plan with airy vaulted ceilings, a spacious wrap around covered deck, a queen bed, a garden shower, a fully equipped kitchen, DVD player and sound dock. Decorated with beautiful pieces made by local artists, this private getaway is accessed by means of a comfortable descent through a tropical garden. It is amply cooled by ceiling fans and tradewind breezes so there is never any need for air conditioning. Whether lounging in the hammock or admiring a moonrise or sunrise over the British Virgin Islands, you will be surrounded by the sounds of the forest and mesmerized by an unforgettable view.
