Janie's Place - Semi-Oceanfront in Kitty Hawk

Janie's Place is a 1970s construction classic beach 'box" style cottage located semi-oceanfront in "downtown" Kitty Hawk at milepost 3.5 on "the beach road". The beach is a 3-minute walk across the beach road with a walk-over just 2 doors down from the house. Enjoy ocean views from the front porch and soundside sunset views from the "crow's nest" on the roof. A perfect beach escape with nothing but the "beach road and the dune line between you and the ocean! The space The house has 4 bedrooms - 3 with queen beds and 1 with two twins. The two "back" bedrooms with queen beds have direct access to each of the two hall baths from inside the room. There is not a true "master bedroom" in the house. All of the bedrooms feature TVs with Roku streaming. Guest access All areas of the property except locked owner's closets. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING> We do not have cable television. We have Roku TVs and you must use your own accounts to stream premium or pay services. We supply the first roll of paper towels in the kitchen and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Guests are responsible for supplying paper products after the initial supply. Trash collection for the town of Kitty Hawk is very early morning on Mondays and Thursdays. Guests are asked to roll cans out Sunday night and Wednesday nights. Failure to roll cans out for pick up will result in a $50 charge for trash removal. You are welcome to use the beach gear in the laundry room, but if you break it or lose it, please replace it. We do provide bath towels and linens for the beds (based on occupancy). You must bring your own beach towels. We are family friendly but this is not a child proof home. There is a 4 car maximum for the house. Please do not park on the platform under the house. (We will be putting a picnic table in here in the near future.)
