Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please. Easily prepare a meal in the beautifully remodeled kitchen which features alder wood cabinets, granite countertops, and new appliances. The dining table offers seating for six or the breakfast bar offers seating for two. Comfortable seating in the living room invites you to relax in front of the gas-burning fireplace or catch a show on the flat-screen TV. The queen-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping arrangements. Glass doors lead to a private patio, that offers a table with four chairs to dine at in the summer months or a perfect place to enjoy an après ski beverage in winter. The main suite lends itself to a good night’s rest in a luxurious king-sized bed and offers a flat-screen TV and access to the patio through large sliding glass doors. A spacious en suite bathroom features two vanities and an exquisitely tiled walk-in shower. Condo amenities include a hairdryer in the bathroom.
