Our Red River, NM home is located in the upper valley (3 miles/10 min from RR) and has three levels of living space (2700 sq ft) The main level features a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, gas log fireplace, well equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas and 1 bedroom/full bath. The second floor has a huge bedroom with 2 beds, pull out couch and full bath. The ground level has 1 bedroom/full bath, then another sleeping area with a bunk bed with queen/twin. NO PETS ALLOWED. No river access. The space Our Red River, NM home is perfect for multi-family of all ages. Our home is located near many trailheads, fishing or just sit back and relax in our rocking chairs on the huge porch or balcony. We have a large pit and we provide an outdoor grill for your outdoor cooking experience. We do not allow guest to have pets, however the home is not 100% pet free. The homeowners do bring their pets (dogs) when we stay. We do not have cats, so the home is cat free. Guest access The road in the neighborhood is a dirt road, most is maintained well, however, there could be potholes. During the summer a 2-wheel drive vehicle is sufficient. During the winter, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended. You might consider bringing chains/snow socks. During the winter we only plow snow our private driveway, not the roads leading in/out of the neighborhood. Our home has a large driveway and has plenty of room for multi vehicles, ATV trailers, RV, etc. Other things to note Our home is not wheelchair accessible. The home is 3 levels and stairs are required to access all levels of the home. The main level is on the 2nd floor. Other than passing through the garage to access other parts of the home, the garage is not accessible to guest and is reserved for home owner items. Our home does not have air conditioning which is normal for homes at this altitude. The average summer high temp is mid 70's and lows at night is mid 40's.
