This sophisticated cottage in the heart of Wine Country offers a luxury experience for those seeking the best that Sonoma County has to offer. Built in 1934 and fully updated to suit modern travelers, this property has a gourmet kitchen with an 8-burner Viking stove, wine fridge, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, indoor fireplace, outdoor hot tub and large exterior deck. Please note, an additional 14% City of Santa Rosa tax will be collected prior to check-in. The space For those who would like a little pampering, we offer optional services such as a personal chef and private in-home therapeutic massage. Guests can book these directly with our preferred practitioners. Guest access Guests are able to use the entire house. If they choose to book therpeutic massage services they are also given access to the on-site studio for the duration of those services. Parking for two cars is available in the driveway. Other things to note We are located in a safe and highly desirable, family-oriented neighborhood. Our neighbors walk their dogs and talk to one another on the street. We're on the edge of the historic district with beautiful homes, wide avenues and very close to the McDonald Mansion. To protect guests and property we have video surveillance at entry points. The City of Santa Rosa also requires that Quiet Hours are 9 PM to 8 AM daily. No outside amplified music/sound is allowed. For those who come to work remotely, we have Comcast wireless internet, and plenty of desk space.
