On the 2nd floor of the building and is next to the main Clubhouse. WPSTR25-021566 The space The ideal location for this unit is within building number 2, adjacent to the main clubhouse and the free town shuttle stop. Furthermore, this unit has recently been renovated to provide maximum comfort. The kitchen has been updated with contemporary countertops, cabinets, and new flooring, giving the area a refreshed appearance. The open design improves the feeling of spaciousness in the living room and dining area of this unit. Relax on the leather furniture in the living room while watching the flat-screen TV and enjoying the gas fireplace; the private balcony is conveniently accessible. The central dining area acts as a focal point, providing seating for six at the table and a beautiful view of the forest. This condominium comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, along with an attached bathroom that has been recently updated to include a new dual vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom also includes a Queen bed. For extra sleeping arrangements, there is a sofa sleeper in the main living room, as well as a second bathroom located in the main hallway. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available. A parking pass is necessary for this unit - limited to one per unit. The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee. Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 fine per day.
