Other things to note Please refer to my guidebook on my profile for different activities to partake in during your stay. Air Conditioning Notice: We perform routine maintenance on our Air conditioning units every year to ensure they perform up to par year-round. Please be mindful that during the hotter months in Arizona, the units will take much longer to cool the home. This is not a problem with the unit but more a testament to how hot the outdoor temperatures reach. AC stays locked at 69 degrees. Pool & Backyard Notice: We do our best to ensure the pool and backyard amenities are safe and clean for your stay, however severe and adverse weather conditions outside of our control (especially during summer monsoon season) may impact the availability of these amenities at any point during your stay. We will do our best to address these conditions when they do arise, but we may not be held responsible for delays in amenity availability due to acts of nature. - Pool Heat: $150 per day (3 consecutive day minimum starting day of arrival). Payment and notice for pool heat must be made one week before arrival. There are no refunds on pool heating. Unpredictable weather conditions, equipment failures, and internet/power outages are out of our control. - Hot tub heating, Outside fire pit propane, and BBQ grill propane are included in your stay. Spare propane tank in the garage. - Early check-ins & late departures may be available if cleaning and maintenance schedules permit. We try our best to accommodate guests' schedules, however, unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $100 per hour charge due to delays in cleaning and maintenance. - No parties or unauthorized guests at this property or there will be extra charges. - Pool service is every Thursday. - There will be a $50 fee including shipping charges for any items left behind that are found and requested back. - We require a refundable security deposit for all 1-night stays, special events, holidays or guests with no reviews.
