Under certain conditions we will allow birthday and anniversary parties but those must be approved in advance. -All guests must be declared in advance, there is a $500 charge for any undeclared guests. -No Loud or amplified music. Not allowed at anytime, this is a quiet residential area. -Quiet hours 9pm to 7am. Violators could be asked to leave and forfeit cost of stay
