On the first level, you’ll find access to the hot tub on the private side deck, which wraps around to an open and spacious back deck. Two bedrooms, one bunk room with a full over full bed arrangement, and a King bedroom are downstairs. Both lower-level rooms offer TVs and are nicely separated by a full bathroom with a large soaking tub and shower. Head upstairs to a king ensuite bedroom with private enclosed balcony, flat screen TV, walk in closet, and full bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower. For some family fun, head out to the garage where you’ll find ping pong and a foosball table. Tour all of the local hot spots in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes you will find waiting for you in the garage! 17 Yellow Pine is a short walk or ride to over 30 miles of paved pathways exploring Sunriver. The fun at Fort Rock Park, shops and restaurants at the Village at Sunriver, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of this home.
