Our 3 bedroom condo is located in Windsor Hills, the 5-star resort community less than 3 miles from the Walt Disney World entrance. Our condo is NEWLY RENOVATED with new quartz countertops, Samsung appliances, hardwood flooring, brand new furniture, fixtures, and so much more! With smart home technology, be one of the first to enjoy this updated and modernized unit. WindsorMouseHouse is a TOP FLOOR, CORNER UNIT conveniently located near the pool with a relaxing view of the lake and new water park from our screened in balcony. The living room has plenty of seating with a comfortable, L-shaped leather sofa and chairs. Relax watching the new 55" Smart LED TV with hundreds of cable channels, free Netflix, and WiiU console & games. Or play board games like Monopoly, Sorry or dominos. Enjoy family meals in the updated dining area with dimmer lighting and a large glass tabletop with seating for 6. We also have a high chair for your convenience. The kitchen has been fully upgraded with quartz countertops, stainless steel sink and KRAUS pull-down faucet, Samsung stainless steel appliances (refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher), numerous small appliances including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, mickey mouse waffle maker, and more. We've provided ample cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses and flatware to cook family meals [note: salt/pepper, oil, sugar, butter, etc. not provided] . And for the kids, we have Disney themed cups BPA free plastic plates, cups and bowls. After an exhausting day, drift off to sleep in our Master suite with King bed, nightstands, dresser, lamps, USB cellphone plugs and a 48 inch LED TV. Easily store your belonging in the walk-in closet. All beds in the home have brand new, high quality mattresses. All baths have been upgraded with quartz countertops, hair dryer and hotel quality towels. The force is definitely strong in our Star Wars inspired bedroom with twin-over-full bunk bed. Whether you're part of the Resistance or the First Order, this room is the perfect adventure Far, Far Away. Or feel pampered like a princess in our Princess inspired bedroom with crisp sheets and soft, velvet pillows & comforter in a luxurious queen bed. A perfect way to drift off to sleep for both young and young-at-heart. The highlight of our home may be the screened-in porch off the living room. This large, southwest facing lanai is the perfect place to wake up with a cup of coffee or wind down with a glass of wine. With 3 chairs and 2 tables, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the view of the lake . Traveling with a little one? Our condo has a Pack n Play with mattress and sheets, high chair, umbrella stroller with shade, and bed bumpers to make your stay a little easier. The Living Room and all 3 Bedrooms have upgraded ceiling fans and light fixtures . Each bedroom has extra sheets and blanket. Hairdryers are in each bathroom. And a full sized washer & dryer with iron and ironing board are there for your convenience. You can enjoy complimentary basic cable on all 4 TVs, free Netflix on the Living Room Smart TV, free secure WiFi, and free local & long distance calling USA, Canada and Mexico while a guest. When you arrive, there are two elevators for your convenience and ample parking outside the building. We use a highly secure keyless entry system to access the condo. Each guest is provided a unique access code prior to check in along with a Welcome Letter with detailed instructions. Check-in is after 4PM on the day of your arrival. Since there are no keys to collect, you can enter the condo anytime after 4PM using your access code to unlock the front door. Check-out time is no later than 10AM on your day of departure. The cleaning crew need to prepare our home for the next guest who may be arriving that same day, so we appreciate your cooperation checking out by 10AM, otherwise, you may be charged an additional fee from your security deposit. Sunset Villas professionally cleans, inspects and manages our home. They are available to assist you with any issues in our home during your stay. The home is thoroughly cleaned prior to each check-in. There is no daily cleaning. Fresh linen and towels are provided for every guest. Starter soap and toilet paper are provided in each bathroom. We also provide beach towels for use at the Resort pool and water park only but should not be taken off property. ABOUT WINDSOR HILLS: Windsor Hills is one of Orlando's finest gated communities.
