The space Our home is open concept from the living room to the kitchen, and there is an enclosed porch that looks out to the pool. There is plenty of room to spread out. The pool area has a tiki hut and is a lush green area with several varieties of palm trees and other tropical plants, as well as privacy. The nature park is just past our back yard. Guest access The neighborhood is very quiet. Parking is in the driveway. Other things to note It is very important to keep the noise level down after 10pm. This is a quiet neighborhood. WE HEAT THE POOL TO 85 DEGREES F BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT DURING WINTER MONTHS IF OURDOOR TEMPERATURE DROPS INTO 50s/60s THE POOL HEATER CANNOT HEAT THE WATER TO 85. You must put the trash and recycling to the curb on the respective days (Tuesday and Friday) and you must bring the bins back to the side of the house on the same day, after pickup.
