We have retained the character and charm while completely remodeling. Super comfortable queen bed and kitchen/living room. Sylvan Park Neighborhood has a quaint and hip vibe, is within walking distance to dozens of great restaurants (including Edley's, and Hattie B's, a popular destination for Nashville's Hot Chicken!) yet is only a few miles from Broadway, Vanderbilt, The Gulch, major stadiums and all parts of downtown. They consistently appreciate the comfy bed, the cute neighborhood, easy access to Nashville's offerings and a quiet respite to return to after the sights have been exhausted. You will love this location! There is an unadvertised bonus feature as well, the upstairs portion of the building (completely separate from the rental) contains a writing space where many country music hits have been written and recorded by dozens of major country artists. Don't worry about the noise however, its soundproofed and Greg doesn't write up there in the evenings. It's only used on the occasional weekday and is always vacant at night. However, if you're lucky enough to be home during a beautiful weekday afternoon, you just might be the first to hear a new hit being written through an open window or have a star sighting! Now if that's not a Nashville experience we don't know what is! Guest access The rental includes off-street driveway for 2 cars. This space has one bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed, and a living/ kitchen area with a couch and television. An inflatable full size air bed is available upon request. There is access to a front porch and front yard. Other things to note Local persons may NOT have guests on the property (ie: no parties,sorry).
