Water front house in Half Moon Bay. The house was completely rebuild and decorated by a famous San Francisco architect. A few walking blocks to great restaurants, winery and distillery. World famous hikes are steps away. This is the closest house to Mavericks world famous surf beach. 6 people maximum. Outside hot tub, shower, indoor and outdoor wood burning fire-pits as well as an outdoor gas fire pit are other amenities Parking for 2 cars. The space Serene and magical. Yet, there is noise from a distant FOGHORNS, seals, birds and waves. IF YOU ARE VERY SENSITIVE TO NOISE IT MAY NOT BE PERFECT FOR YOU. The house is my personal beach house and has personal things in there. It is not a hotel or purely a rental. So if you are not ok with personal things being there it is not a good fit. We try to make your experience amazing and help anyway we can. Inquire about special day events. Limit of 35 people. We have 4 security cameras across the property. One in the garage, one at the front door, and two in the backyard. Inside the house is completely private. We don’t have TV. Guest access Everywhere except the Shipping containers.
