In addition, the condo's complex has a community clubhouse complete with its own kitchen; a workout facility, 3 pools and spas; gas BBQ grills and open-air dining areas. Please be sure to enjoy all of the amenities that The Greens at Ventana Canyon has to offer. Other things to note *Nightly rate is for up to 4 guests, up to 2 additional guests may enjoy the condo at $30 each, per night. Maximum number of guests not to exceed 6. *Please treat the home as you would your own home! No jumping on beds or hanging from fans. You break it, you pay for it! *Pay Per View is on the honor system…if you rent a movie please let me know so you can arrange to pay for the movie. If you use Pay Per View and don’t arrange to pay, you will be required to pay double the movie cost through Airbnb *Please remember you are a guest in the home so be considerate of others and once again.....you break it, you bought it. *The key to community Clubhouse, Gym, and to the 3 pool gates is included with your set of keys to the condo. Please guard this key well, as there is a $52.00 replacement fee in the event it should be lost or stolen. *No additional unregistered guest may stay overnight. *Quiet time is after 9 pm and before 7 am. *No smoking in or around the apartment. *DISCLAIMER* Our cleaning team does there best to keep the home as clean as possible but everyone has their own standards. Damages/Functionality at times previous guest(s) will damage or break items without notice and we do not find out or notice ourselves during cleaning i.e the coffee machine has been broken we may not have noticed that during cleaning. Maintenance- at times water or light may go out for service being done onsite.
