Kick back on comfortable furnishings including a new sofa and 2 arm chairs, enjoy movie night on the 42" cable TV while staying warm by the gas fireplace. KITCHEN & DINING Sleek new floors line the fully equipped kitchen where you will find all the cookware and gadgets you need to fix your favorite recipes. Although the condo is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with mild summer temperatures in the mountains. Parking is unassigned in the lot. 1 parking pass will be inside the unit.
