Heat must be arranged for full stay; temperature is at point of exiting pool heater, weather may impact water temperature in the pool itself. Umbrellas must be down and tied when unattended - strong winds can arise without notice. Can optionally upgrade to 83-degrees for $26/night or 88-degrees for $40/night. Must upgrade entire stay. Dog Policy: • One approved dog, ≤30 lbs; breed restrictions apply • Must be crated if left alone indoors (we do not supply a crate) • Not permitted in pool • May not be on furniture • Do not leave unattended in pool area or on balcony • Guests must clean up waste and walk dogs away from property • Dogs need a permit for Walton County beaches and are not allowed on Destin beaches. Other Notes: • Non-smoking/vaping property, including pool area • Bed linens, bath towels, beach/pool towels, cooler, beach chairs, beach cart, and some beach toys included • Starter quantity of supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hand sanitizer (not intended to last entire stay) • High-chair & Pack-n-Play available. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and property, except for locked-off owner's areas and house exterior equipment area. This includes all 6 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, the backyard, driveway, and the heated swimming pool.
