The space Our newly built cottage is totally private and new construction in the Garden District of CDA. It is the second floor over the garage with a private entry, plenty of parking, patio with BBQ and firepit. Walk to town just 8 blocks or Mid Town just one block, or we can take you to town in our 1911 Model T Ford. Quite and safe neighborhood. Guest access Plenty of parking next to your cottage as well as on the street. Downtown Coeur d'Alene and the lake is just 8 blocks away and Mid Town is just across the corner with shops & restaurants. Wonderful location in quite neighborhood. Other things to note We provide all linens & kitchen needs as well as Keurig Coffee Maker and regular coffee pot. Microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and basic spices. Two beautiful bedrooms each with queen bed and sofa bed in living room. Easily accommodates 2-4 guests.
