The Ranch house with lake access at Sunset Resort

A peaceful getaway near Medina Lake! NOW with LAKE access at SUNSET RESORT($)! Our 5 bedroom, 3000 sf+ house is only 5 mins to Sunset Resort's new boat launch and sports courts! Enjoy dinner from our patio overlooking Medina Lake Dam or in the evening enjoy a campfire or the view of the bright stars from the dark night sky! Our Ranch house has everything you will need except groceries! A fully stocked kitchen, just bring your groceries and the fun! The space Our Ranch house is located behind an electric gate and features 5 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 living areas. Plenty of room for the entire family or share it with another family! Plenty of parking and yard to play in! You will enter the Ranch house via a code on the side door lock into the game room. The game room has a smart TV, sofa and 2 chairs. This TV has a Xbox 360, so bring your games! We also have a shuffleboard and 14 in 1 game table along with board games and books to entertain everyone! The game room also leads to 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen) and a full bathroom. Down the hallway you will pass by a full laundry room (please bring your own supplies) and into the open concept kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen has an open layout and is open to the family room. We have 6 high bar stools and a table that seats 4+ chairs. Our kitchen is stocked with an electric oven/stove, side by side fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes etc. We have a full size coffee maker and a Keurig machine, please bring your favorite coffee supplies. In the closet you will find an Instapot, blender, mixer, and a tea kettle. Our kitchen sink features a reverse osmosis system for drinking water! The kitchen also has a dishwasher and dish soap. Just bring your food! The main family room features 2 couches, recliner and a sofa chair along with an oversized flat screen smart TV with dvd player and Dish Network. The living area opens up to 2 bedrooms (1 queen each), the master bedroom/bath and a full size bathroom (tub/shower combo). Our master suite features a king cedar bed, double cedar rocker, smart tv, and a full closet to store your belongings. Our newly remodeled master bathroom features an oversized walk in shower, soaker tub and a double vanity. Our house is stocked with all linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Our covered back patio faces Medina Lake and gives a wonderful view of the lake and dam! We have a charcoal BBQ grill (please bring your own charcoal). The back patio has a 6 person outdoor table, 4 person outdoor table, fire pit (we now provide firewood) with 4 Adirondack style chairs, and miscellaneous other chairs. We do not have lake access directly from the property, but we now offer lake access to guest through newly renovated Sunset Resort only 5 mins away! For a small fee, Sunset Resort offers use of a new concrete boat launch, pickleball or sand volleyball court, outdoor games and more! Check their website for amenities and events! Looking to rent kayaks or learn to Water Ski or Wake Board? Wallys Watersports is a great place to rent them or take a lesson and operates out of Sunset Resort! Book early as Wallys' books up. Don't have a boat? You can still enjoy a day on the waters of the Medina River at either Paradise Canyon located about 10 mins from Sunset Ranch. Pet Policy: while we do love furry animals, we just finished a complete remodel and ask for your help in keeping it new. We do not allow animals of any type at the Ranch house. If your interested in bringing your pet, please inquire about our other 2 smaller houses. Violation of this will result in loss of deposit. Looking for something smaller? Guest access Our house is located behind automatic gate for added security. Please obey all posted signs and do not go beyond the no trespassing signs as this is not part of Sunset Ranch. Other things to note Photography, Videography & Live Streaming Policy To protect the privacy, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, residents, and visitors, the following policy applies to all rental properties owned or managed by Sunset Resort. 1. No Commercial Use Without Written Approval ● Commercial photography, videography, filming, or content creation is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from management. ● This includes, but is not limited to, advertisements, marketing campaigns, product promotions, influencer collaborations, television or film productions, and any content created for business or commercial purposes. 2. No Live Streaming ● Live streaming or broadcasting from the property on any platform is prohibited without prior written approval from management. 3. Personal Photography ● Guests are welcome to take personal photos and videos for private, non-commercial use, provided they do not interfere with other guests, invade anyone’s privacy, or disrupt normal operations. 4. Respect for Privacy ● Guests may not intentionally photograph, record, or livestream other guests, staff members, neighboring properties, or private areas without the express consent of all individuals involved. 5. Permits & Fees ● Approved commercial photography or videography may require a location agreement, proof of insurance, scheduling approval, and payment of applicable location fees. 6. Enforcement ● Management reserves the right to require any unauthorized filming, photography, or live streaming to cease immediately. Failure to comply may result in removal from the property without refund, cancellation of the reservation, additional fees for unauthorized commercial use, and/or legal action where applicable.
