Inside, The Loft offers peace and warmth year-round, featuring a spacious floor plan with 18-foot-high cathedral ceilings, a large living area, dedicated work and dining spaces, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. After a day of exploring, retreat to the relaxing en-suite bedroom and unwind on our premium mattress, wrapped in comfortable, luxurious bedding. Situated within the I-270 outerbelt, our location provides seamless access to downtown, OSU, and the east and west sides of Columbus at any time of day, with numerous local routes that help you avoid highway traffic during congested hours. We are also just minutes from the city’s top parks and multi-use trails, perfect for enjoying the outdoors Combining comfort and functionality, The Loft is the perfect home-away-from-home for your Columbus adventure. Guest access The Loft is located on the top/second floor of our two-story standalone guest house. You will enter through the main foyer of the guest house, this area has two dedicated, keyed, entrances to each independent unit. Our trusted long-term tenant occupies the first-floor unit. There are 17 steps on the stairs with handrail up to the unit. One parking spot is provided for our Loft guests. A second spot can be arranged if you are traveling with two vehicles, but please notify us at the time of booking for availability. If we are informed on the day of arrival, we cannot guarantee the availability of a second spot; therefore we highly recommend traveling in one vehicle. The Loft does not include outdoor amenities, but we are just minutes away from some of the city's most popular parks, trails, and shopping districts. Other things to note Please ensure you carefully review all house rules (including any additional ones) before booking or submitting a stay request. We accept same-day stay requests only if the guest's account features an existing positive review, and the request must be received before noon. Our reviews reflect our unwavering commitment to maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards across all our properties. Every surface, switch, handle, and remote is diligently cleaned and disinfected. The bathroom sink area, floors, shower, and toilets are thoroughly sanitized. Additionally, all linens including sheets, pillowcases, towels, duvets/comforters, and blankets are freshly prepared and steam washed/sanitized after each stay.
