The Treehouse is located on the top floor of Gator Lodge and offers a private patio with birds-eye view of Caddo Lake, the only natural lake in Texas. Come experience nature at its best. If your desired dates are marked unavailable, please check with me as I may have some flexibility in the schedule. The Treehouse at Gator Lodge is a waterfront property with a large over-the-water deck attached to three bay boathouse. Very Private! Guests have access to the complete property including boat dock and firepit. The dock offers excellent fishing and has table and chairs along with ceiling fan and fish cleaning station. You can also relax sitting in the yard beneath 100' oak trees and watching the boat traffic through the cypress trees. We are located in a rural area making it excellent for bird watching and local wildlife. We are in a rural area and the closest gas/restaurant/convenience store is 11 miles. Closest grocery store is in Jefferson. I like to welcome our guests in person. Once they are familiar with everything, we keep to ourselves but are always available.
