The space The space has a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with an oversized shower. A washer and dryer is provided for guest’s convenience. The queen bedroom offers a Green Tea memory foam mattress and multiple pillows for your ultimate comfort. The dining area can seat up to 6 guests. After dinner, kick your feet up and relax on the oversized sectional and enjoy a movie with the provided complimentary Netflix. Electronic keypad entry for convenience and self check-in. No need to stress if you forgot to pack something, we've got you covered with the essentials. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private apartment and the designated Airbnb parking spot and adjacent garage bay. The exterior amenities on the property belong to the separate house on the property. These areas are off limit to Airbnb guests. The areas that are off limits are the back and side yards to the property, the pool and patio area attached to the main house on the property, and the front and back porches attached to the main house. We kindly ask that all guests are respectful of these off limit areas. Other things to note Guests have free use of an oversized garage bay for parking. Which is great in rainy or inclement weather and makes it easy for loading and unloading your vehicle.
