Check out our large studio cottage located on Gulf Blvd in Treasure Island, FL. It is located less than 300 steps from the beautiful sand of Treasure Island Beach and 5 blocks from the world famous boardwalk, shopping and restaurants of John’s Pass Village in Madeira Beach. We have a crosswalk conveniently located in front of the property. You can stop traffic with the push of a button to safely walk across the street toward the boardwalk. The space ***This property is professionally deep cleaned after every stay. We are taking extra care to disinfect all high touch areas between stays. Please see our past reviews documenting our commitment to cleanliness.*** We just finished a full remodel of the cottage. It has new bedding, linen, furniture and appliances. The cottage has a large king size bed and a Samsung smart television. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and all the items you need to cook. Our TVs are HD with an ability to log onto all of your app based subscriptions. The bathroom is SUPER clean and includes a low profile shower for ease of use and safety. Our internet is fast and free. Our one story building means there are no stairs or elevators to worry about. Happy Hour also provides one small onsite parking spot that can accommodate a regular sized car or Jeep. Guest access Our guests have their own covered porch with 2 chairs & a small table perfect for morning coffee & afternoon cocktails. The shared courtyard provides a hammock, outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long day on the beach, Weber propane grill, and a larger picnic table for outdoor dining.
