This home sleeps 8, and is not fitting for events or parties of any sort. •Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. •Parking is available behind the home and can fit up to 3 cars. Parking is prohibited in the front of the home and violates city ordinance. Absolutely no cars are allowed to park in the front at any given time. •Pets are allowed, but we must be notified and approve prior to your stay. If pets will join your stay, they must be house trained and we ask all animals to be crated if you leave the home. Please pick up any waste left in the yard by your pet(s). •Guests are subject to additional cleaning fees if extra cleaning is required from the pets or excessive cleaning is needed in the home. •As mentioned in listing description, the fireplace throughout the home are decorative only and must not be used. •Trash Cans are located by the parking behind the home in front of the shed. Please note, this home was built in 1913, it’s old charm comes with some of the doors being hard to close and the floors creaking on the 2nd floor.
